We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to reimagine how consumers and service professionals interact on Yelp. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a key growth area for the company. You’ll collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Marketing teams, Business Operations, Data Scientists, and other Product Managers to deliver impactful solutions that drive meaningful results. • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for how consumers hire service professionals on Yelp.
• Develop features across various stages: incubating and launching new 0 → 1 features, as well as scaling and honing existing ones.
• Listen to customer wants and needs, translate into product ideas, and prioritize product ideas based on business metrics impact and company revenue.
• Work closely with UI/UX Designers and Engineers to develop product features, stay on-top of execution, and deliver high quality, user-friendly product features.
• Run A/B experiments on new product features to inform product direction.
• Partner with the go-to-market team and stakeholders across the organization to launch and grow adoption for your products.

• 8+ years of product management experience. Marketplace experience is a plus.
• Customer focus: you have a genuine passion for understanding our customers, deeply grasp their needs, and effectively translate their desires into tangible product features.
• Analytical: you succeed in developing industry-leading products that deliver significant business results, and you possess the business acumen and metrics-driven mindset to make informed product investment decisions.
• Cross-functional: you will work closely with our Engineering, Marketing, Design, Biz Ops, Data Science, Go-to-market teams and more. You drive your own projects while having a positive influence on the roadmap of various other teams.
• Problem solver: you excel at connecting the dots, making sense of data, and offering creative solutions to overcome obstacles and unblock the team. You thrive in ambiguity and lead the team to clarity.
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with many stakeholders across different parts of the organization. Ability to lead discussions around what to build and acquisition strategies, all backed with data and analysis.
• Excellent in execution: you make things happen.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience is required.

• Compensation range is $207,000-$377,000 annually. Depending on your role and level, you may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
• This opportunity has the option to be fully remote in all locations across the US.
