Yelp is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead a high-performing team focused on enabling data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our lifecycle and revenue goals. In this leadership role, you will drive alignment between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision, efficiency, and measurable impact on lifecycle revenue goals. You’ll combine your passion for marketing technology with strong leadership and operational expertise to drive scalable solutions.
As a senior leader, you will serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, translating complex business objectives into actionable campaign strategies. You will oversee campaign planning, sprint management, and execution workflows, while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes, implement automation, and enhance team productivity. Your deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, Braze, Pardot), combined with strong project management and change leadership skills, will be critical to your success.
