Summary

This role will support the RepairPal function of our business. Established in 2007, RepairPal connects consumers with certified trustworthy mechanics throughout the United States. Large, trusted companies including USAA, CarMax, and Endurance Vehicle Services send their members and customers to RepairPal Certified shops for high-quality repairs at a fair price. In 2024, RepairPal was acquired by Yelp.

RepairPal Certified rigorously evaluates auto repair shops for quality, skill, parts, pricing, and a proven track record of customer satisfaction. We are looking for our next Partner Support addition to the team, who will ensure RepairPal partners, and their customers, see successful outcomes having their cars repaired at our Certified network of auto repair shops.

We’d love to have you apply, even if you don’t feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we’re looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.

  • You will maintain consistent communication with partners, consumers, and other interested parties to ensure escalation resolution.
  • You will manage partner initiative rollouts to our network of Certified shops, well equipping them to handle partner referrals and repairs.
  • You will provide training and materials to shops and to our internal customer success organization to ensure smooth rollout of partner programs and initiatives.
  • You will provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to internal stakeholders regarding training and support efforts.
  • You will help project-manage training efforts across multiple partners with varying deadlines, ensuring internal stakeholders are executing to meet timely commitments.

What it takes to succeed:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • You have strong strategic planning and implementation abilities.
  • You have experience with webinars and screen-sharing technology.
  • You have a high level of professionalism and business maturity.
  • You have an outgoing personality paired with a strong work ethic.
  • You are able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience managing multiple projects under high-pressure conditions.
  • You have a strong sense of ethics, confidence, and commitment.
  • You have a natural curiosity with a desire to understand how things work.
  • You have a background in and knowledge of the auto repair industry, particularly with independent shops and dealerships.

What you'll get:

  • Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental
  • 15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday
  • Up to 14 weeks of parental leave
  • Monthly wellness subsidy
  • Work from home reimbursement
  • Flexible spending account
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Employee stock purchase plan
  • Compensation range is $65,000 - $95,000. You may also be offered benefits.
