Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Yelp’s suite of restaurant solutions. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute a comprehensive GTM approach that transitions from a single flagship product (Yelp Guest Manager) to positioning, packaging, and promoting a multi-product portfolio—including Yelp Ads, Yelp Guest Manager, add-ons, Voice AI, and future product launches—to maximize value for restaurants on Yelp. We are looking for an AI-first thinker who can leverage AI and automation insights to drive customer and business impact.

What you'll do:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end GTM strategy for our full suite of restaurant solutions, moving from a singular product focus to an integrated portfolio approach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to craft solution-oriented positioning and messaging that resonates across restaurant segments.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and high performance.
  • Develop customer segmentation and enablement support that help drive adoption and upsell of multiple products, supporting our revenue goals.
  • Partner with product management and revenue teams to define competitive product packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies that drive penetration, expansion, and retention.
  • Use competitive and market intelligence to surface new opportunities for portfolio growth and adapt GTM motions to shifting market dynamics.
  • Delivering supporting sales enablement content and insights that to empower teams to articulate and drive the value of our multi-product suite.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for product adoption, pipeline creation, and revenue growth related to the multi-product strategy.

What it takes to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or related field within a SaaS, B2B tech, or restaurant technology environment.
  • 3+ years experience as a people manager or marketing leader, with a successful track record of hiring, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in AI/ML—productizing AI features, marketing AI-driven solutions, or communicating the value of AI to customers.
  • Proven track record of driving multi-product GTM strategies and launches in a SaaS environment, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions and lead change management across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing packaging and positioning for B2B SaaS portfolios.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with the proven ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders and influence executive decision-makers.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for execution and measurable results.

  • Compensation range for this position is $106,000.00- $164,000.00 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
