Our Yelp IT Technicians deliver top-tier support to our remote employees across North America and Europe Our team is dedicated to empowering Yelpers’ productivity from a warm welcome and onboarding, to troubleshooting, access requests, and technical support for a wide variety of hardware and software. We work closely with Engineering to resolve issues quickly and improve IT services for everyone at Yelp.
In this role, you’ll provide 5-star IT service to Yelpers in our San Francisco headquarters and those working remotely. You’ll be the local go-to expert for troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices, mobile tech, printers, and video conferencing, along with general IT needs. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and training employees, managing inventory, maintaining our workspaces, and supporting equipment repairs and provisioning. With most of our technology Apple-based, we especially welcome those who are comfortable with or eager to learn Apple products. You’ll also benefit from hands-on mentorship and ongoing training opportunities to help you grow your IT skills.
