The Sales Enablement Associate is a hybrid role with responsibility for presenting and facilitating training content, while also being responsible for content creation and ongoing program support. This person will present and facilitate training content to monthly new hire classes and ongoing trainings to our veteran organization. They will be tasked with teaching the Yelp product, sales process, and systems knowledge to monthly new hire classes within the Local Sales organization, while also contributing to the design, creation, and maintenance of enablement programming and learning journeys.
The ideal candidate has sales training and/or sales enablement experience, and/or instructional design experience, excellent verbal and written skills, a creative and marketing-savvy eye, and a collaborative approach. They are passionate about the learner experience while also thriving behind the scenes—building content, supporting program logistics, and leveraging data to improve outcomes.
